I use NIMH batteries almost exclusively. I listen to a *lot* of audio on my BP, and I'm not "constantly" changing the batteries. I haven't done any rigorous testing, but I will say that I've been pleasantly surprised by just how much I can get out of a charge with my NIMH batteries. They're lots better than the older Nicad batteries. I know I've brought this up before, but I just wanted to reassure those thinking about using these batteries that they do indeed work well with the Book Port.
