Rich, the problem with leaving your BP plugged in for downloading podcasts 
overnight is the BP is using battery power the entire time it is plugged in. 
Until and unless they make it run off the USB, that won't be a real option 
for you.  Now the other way you mention should certainly work and work 
better too because the BP is not USB2 and transfers of files like podcasts 
and music are painfully slow and I would assume most all card readers would 
work at the high speed.

Hey all:
Is it possible to plug your book port in to your pc and change the download
location so that it would download directly to your flash card that way next
morning you could take it and then just start listening to the podcasts with
out having to copy them over first?
Or could you just use a cf card reader and do it that way and just stick the
memory card in to the book port    ?
