Rob,

I reformatted the card, and resent the file with no problem. Thanks all.

Don:

It is doubtful that it is the specific book in question; it is probably
something with your configuration. Delayed write failures are a serious
low-level error generated by Windows. It is strange that you are getting
the same problem on two different machines. Here's what I suggest:

1. Replace the batteries.
2. Disconnect other USB devices.
3. Try a different card. Your card could have a problem at that
particular block.

On home and at work, part two of the audible book Frankenstein by Dean
Koontz consistently locks up the bookport. I have 293 mb free, the file
is 70 mb long, and I consistently get a delayed write failed, card full
message and the bookport is locked up tight as a drum so that batteries
must be removed to be reset.

APH, can you try sending this file to a bp to see if it is moi or not?

Thanks.

Don
