Hi Aman and list:
Audio Conversion Wizard will convert ogg or WMA to MP3 without playing the
file through the sound card. The only exception to this that I have found is
if the WMA file is locked. It is speech friendly despite Jaws having no
specific scripts for it, rare though that is. It isn't free, except for
trial. The trial is fully functional. Registration removes the time limit
and the requests to register. The registration price is US$25.
