[bookport] new feature

Actually, I thought of a new feature which I think everyone would agree =
on. Since the preponderance of software now comes without manuals, the =
ability to convert .chm and other Windows help files and send them to =
the Bookport would be a marvelous addition to the feature set. In the =
conversion process, we could have it so new section marks appeared at =
every topic.
