[bookport] new beta available

Hi:
There is a new Beta version of Book Port Transfer available. This version has
a newer Braille Translation table in it. You may update by starting the Book
Port Transfer software program, if you have automatic updates enabled. Or, you
may go to the Options menu, Advanced and "Check For Software."
