Sure, couple ways.

If I have a lot of them, I use Windows Explorer.  I run it, and open my R
drive which happens to be my removable disk drive.  Then, I just cut and
paste.  Be sure though, that you cut and paste all three file for each given
text file.

Also, you can do this on the Bookport itself.  I'll probably screw it up if
I try to explain it without the unit in front of me, but if you look at the
help file, it's pretty straightforward.
