Hi Rich and list:
Playing MP3 files will make a significant difference in battery life,
especially if you need to crank the volume very high. Since I've stopped
using earbuds, and use either a proper set of headphones or the TDK
Imaspeaker, I can keep the volume at a fairly low level (33), and my
batteries last considerably longer. I read a lot of audio.
