[bookport] marked up Bible

Hello,
I know that Springer Design has made marked up versions of two public domain
bibles available to its Book Courier customers. Because these are very similar
devices, would these marked up files work on the Book Port? If so, how would
one obtain the files? If not, how could one create the various levels of
navigation manually?
