OK, thanks for the information.
Let's try one more thing:
Drop to the DOS prompt (type cmd from the Run dialog).
Then do the command:
cd "c:\program files\aph\book port transfer"
Then do the command:
dir > larry.txt
This will create a new file called larry.txt .
Then email me the larry.txt to my aph email lskutchan@xxxxxxx
