I had the added fun of watching my credit card add up. APH chose to bill me on two separate occasions: once for the BP, once for shipping. <GRIN> Well worth every penny for the BP, the shipping, the three-week wait, and the new case.

Most of us, I think, went through that day-by-day roller-coaster thing, awaiting our Book Ports, especially those of us who were already on the list and became enthralled with all the comments concerning its flexibility and usefulness. Sure glad yours arrived, though. You'll be in for hours and hours of experimentation. Even after having owned these things for awhile, a few of our questions remain enigmatic, and that's part of the fun.

Subject: [bookport] it came!

 Hi,

My bookport came today and I'm so excited that it did! I tried out the
recording feature and it works good. It would be nice though to be able to
record at 44khz someday. But still I like it! And since I won't have a
braillenote over the holidays when I get around to sending it back I'll
just use my bookport to take notes on it instead.
