Hi Heinz and All:
I am new to the list too. I think that is neat that we can participate from
all over the world. I have had a strange problem with my bookport. It got
stuck in the memo folder and I couldn't get out. I tried a friend's memory
card in my bookport and it worked just fine / read text so I figured it was my
card. So I put my bookport files in a temporary folder on my computer,
reformatted the card and then put them back on the card. The same problem
still existed. I used the B and E together but it wouldn't ever take me out of
the memo folder. So, I deleted it and then it got stuck in the notes folder.
So, I eliminated it too and now it reads books again. Has anyone ever heard of
anything like this and do you think I could use it for memos or notes again? I
admit I am not a very experienced user but have read the manual. Any info or
help you can give is much appreciated.
