Hi Sarai and list: PDF documents can be a big pain even at the best of times. You could try exporting them to text files. When in Adobe reader, look for export to text in the files menu. Regarding the auto preview, it is a check box in the advanced page of the options dialogue in Bookport transfer. Unchecking it should do what you want. Cheers, Dave
