Hello I have had my bookport for one year and am just starting to figure out how to use it. I have used the record function and have learned how to delete them when needed. I now am not able to record. When I press the E button I speak and a few seconds later it goes into idle mode. I am not recording. Does anyone know what is happening. I reset it and also tried the suggested battery removal. Hope someone can help Lorie
