[bookport] Re: help please

This is not normal, but unfortunately, it is not unheard of. We believe
this is a Windows problem; it appears we are just not being notified as
we should. In most cases, it works more than not. If it never works on
your machine, this is very unusual.

By the way, are you running BPLauncher (bpl.exe)? If for some reason
you disabled this, this would explain your problem.
