Nah, not strange at all. Mine does it all the time, especially with cheap
headphones. I think those things have a lifespan to them. Either turn the
plug around (yes, just turn it in the headphone jack), or get another pair.

Hey all:
Well this is quite anoying!
I sent my book port over a month ago for a sticking button issue. It was
fixed. Today I am reading and the head phone jack goes out. I only hear
audio out of one ear. I will say the book port did fall but it was on a
carpet.
This is quite strange behavior would you say?
