Hitting the lock keys is different than locking a file. Try going into the file
and then hitting 0 to open settings and then arrowing down until you hear file
locked. If it says yes, then arrow left and she should come unlocked.

Subject: [bookport] file lock error message

Hello BookPort listers:

Yesterday I was going through my files in the Bookport, and decided to get
rid of a file which I no longer needed. When I tried to delete it, I got a
file lock error message and was not able to delete the file. Now I know the
file is not locked, because when I go into the file itself and I hit the
lock keys, that's when it locks. When I toggle it again to unlock it, and
then try to delete it, I still get the file lock error. What the heck is
that about?
