[bookport] feature suggestions if they are still taking them

This would be my ultimate feature list to add to the bookport.
1. internal speaker.
2. library of congress compatibility.
3. ability to access the doubletalk speech for use as an external synth.
Couple these features with those present in the bookport at present,
and I think you would have a nearly unbeatable device.
I know I'd sure buy one.
