You might try reformatting the card, or try a different card, based on
all the things you've said.

I created a new folder and transferred part one to that new folder;
began 
transferring part 2 with the same result, false full disk message. 
Also, I 
saw a message book port not connected, when it was.  Then as I was
closing 
it out to go mull things over, I noticed a message pertaining to wrong

drive, drive g, I think but do not hold me to that.  I remember awhile
back, 
someone, and I think it was Walt Smith, said what to do re wrong drive.
 I 
thought I saved the message but cannot find it.
