It would be nice if we could enter foreign characters into the bookport's note taker such as a acute and so on for spanish.

Talk about naustalgia. The BP's notetaker just *HAS* to be better than the Banks, anything would be! The BP is really a good notetaker, and that's all the notetaking I want out of this particular device, mainly because I have other options, such as a BrailleNote. Personally, and please know that this is just my own opinion, the notetaker is perfect for taking notes, even copious ones, and not the best word processor in the world. I believe this is what APH had in mind when they implemented it.

I agree. Some do want perfection delivered on a silver service yesterday. I
reckon a few of us may remember taking notes on a Banks Pocket Brailler. If
they had, they might better appreciate how far we've come.
