The hardware DECTalk has more adjustments and fine tuning possibilities than
almost any of the current synthesizers. The manual that explains all of the
controls and their effects is extremely extensive.

yeah. i've heard that too, but i know for sure that there was a doubletalk.
it can't have been the hardware dectalk, because i don't believe it has the
phoneme control. if it does, and doubletalk as well, it's news to me.
