I don't know if it is service pack related, but like Walt I never had a
problem with my Bookport after installing sp2.=20

Yes it worked perfectly for a long time.
Also the strange is I have a dual boot system - both systems are Windows
=3D
XP=3D20
Professional. I have installed service pack 2 on my main drive and
it=3D20
won't recognise bookport.
The second version of XP is still at service pack 1 and it =
recognises=3D20
bookport perfectly.
I realise other things in my registry could be corrupted but it is not =
=3D
the=3D20
processor, motherboard etc as identical machine works perfectly =
with=3D20
another OS which hasn't been played around with and had lots of
installing=3D
=3D20
and uninstalling.
