Joni, I doubt very much that s p 2 is the guilty party here since a number
of us having this problem have not yet incorporated Microsoft's latest
package. With the previous version of the firmware that I had, all of my
computers, my wife and I have six, those used here at home and in the office
at school, worked perfectly, all machines running x p pro. Now, only one of
these machines recognizes the BookPort. Although elusive, I am sure, I think
the bug lives in the BookPort's firmware.
