How can I know what type of daisy is it? Someone sent me a daisy book and I have it in my pc.

Thanks,
Tat

Hello Tat:

Daisy books are made up of several files. Although those files are needed to make up the book and to be readable, you do not need to send the entire folder to the Book Port. In fact, Book Port would not support the other file types that make up the other files. If the book is Daisy 2.2, you would send the Ncc.html file (these would be the files that RFB&D uses). If it's Daisy 3.0, such as the kind of Daisy books that come from Book Share, then you would send the OPF file. That is all. However, be sure to leave the other files on your computer, so that you will get a good transfer.

Outside of that, you would transfer just as any other file.

Hello,

Please, I have a doubt. How do I transfer a daisy book to the bp? Do I just transfer the whole folder? Also, do I read it as I read mp3 books?
Thank you,
Tat
