[bookport] correction for manual

hi list!
this may not be new but wanted to mention it in case it is.
using version 2.3 of the firmware, the manual in appendix a indicates that a+c
will announce the version when bookport is reading.
i find this is in error and should be corrected. it should read:
a+c none announce version none none.
