[bookport] Re: continued problems

Hi Tiffany,

I am betting that you have a drive letter conflict. Try unplugging all of 
the other usb devices. Reboot the computer with no usb devices plugged in 
and plug in the Book Port. If it works, then you have a drive letter conflict.
