[bookport] Re: compact flash card sizes

I've tried formatting a card with fat32 with a card reader, then using it in
the bp, in my opinion, it does not work well enough to even consider. FIrst,
it takes about 30 seconds for the unit to even recognize the card, and any
function was too sluggish to be useful. I tried sending a file from kurzweil
1000, and the unit was not even recognized. You also get errors when you
remove the card.
