This is at least the fifth or sixth time you have complained. And also, technology could be implemented into the book port, I may add, remember? I know the BNS is a hole other device, but stil, technology is out there.

This is at least the fifth or sixth time you've referenced Braille 'n' Speak
technology as if implementing it in the BP were simple. Do you have any idea
how much of this technology is based in hardware? Have you made an
engineering comparison between the hardware and software components of the
BNS and the BP? Do you understand that the Book Port is _not_ a BNS? The
fact that something was implemented in 1993 in another device has absolutely
no bearing in this discussion because this is a different device entirely
from the device on which this function was implemented.

yep, another reason why we should implement some of that 1993 braille n speak technology in there.

Certainly yes, size is an issue, but over and above that, it's entirely
possible to use a Bookport while walking, or doing any number of other
things. A Pac mate doesn't lend itself very well to being used under many
conditions, especially where inclement weather is a factor.

.
.but if you have a pacmate or pda then why have a bookport?
.Well a bookport is smaller, guess it's all personal preference.
