Kurt, thanks. I have been downloading audible books for a year now, so
what you say is true. I simply wondered why it wasn't listed. Perhaps
it is because it doesn't need to be and the courier needs some kind of
special software to be able to download? Just curious.

Neal

Subject: [bookport] bookport one of the devices

I am still using the old software and even though bookport isn't listed
it will come up as your device and it will try to download format 4
based on that device. This includes the Earshot magazine which I got in
a smaller format. When the new one came out and my bookport was getting
fixed before Christmas. Last week when the new one came out I mentioned
that it should be in format 4 before it actually got downloaded in
format 4. Because of that even though I never requested the device and
it says I have no device, even though the BC is supported, it will send
your material based on the bookport and the need for format 4. Hope
this helps somebody and they don't make as big a fool of themselves as I
did about this whole thing. All the downloads have come down in the
correct format even though it still says I have no device. Kurt
