Kurt, thanks. I have been downloading audible books for a year now, so what you say is true. I simply wondered why it wasn't listed. Perhaps it is because it doesn't need to be and the courier needs some kind of special software to be able to download? Just curious. This includes the Earshot magazine which I got in a smaller format. When the new one came out and my bookport was getting fixed before Christmas. Last week when the new one came out I mentioned that it should be in format 4 before it actually got downloaded in format 4. Because of that even though I never requested the device and it says I have no device, even though the BC is supported, it will send your material based on the bookport and the need for format 4. Hope this helps somebody and they don't make as big a fool of themselves as I did about this whole thing. All the downloads have come down in the correct format even though it still says I have no device. Kurt
