You're probably not signed up to be a beta tester. Go to:
http://www.aph.org/beta
Download the book port beta software, and install it. After that, you should
be able to get the latest beta firmware.

When I connected my bookport to the computer it looked for updates.
It said it didn't find any.
Why am I not seeing the updates?
I even went in to the options and tried to update it.
And that didn't work.
