Hi Allen and list:
Perhaps you haven't signed up to be a beta tester. Go to www.aph.org/beta
and take a look. If you decide you want to, sign the agreement, then
download the beta version of the software. After you install it and connect
your book port, you will receive the notification of the new firmware.

When I connected my bookport to the computer it looked for updates.
It said it didn't find any.
Why am I not seeing the updates?
I even went in to the options and tried to update it.
And that didn't work.
