Hello, Until APH gets the unit back for them to look at, we won't know what the problem the user is experiencing is. It could be a contact problem with the batteries, but having had mine for a good while now, it could be software related. Is this just with the recent beta or is it going to be a problem with the new Book Port that I ordered a few days ago? If it's an inherent problem I'll just send it back without opening it.
