APH has a 30 day return policy, so if you want to wait, just return it to
them. However, keep in mind that software and technology products often
don't meet the intended release dates, so you may be without a Bookport for
longer than you anticipate now.

Frankly, I think that is quite irresponsible of APH; it would have been
nice to know this when I ordered the book port and to be given the
choice of buying it now or waiting for the next generation.
