One more thing Rob . Yesterday I went to the web site and downloaded to a
folder the Book Port set up. I had no problem doing this but of course
don't know how to get that on to my Book Port. also don't know if this is
the same download that I referred to when I connect the Book Port.
Thanks
Barbara

Barbara:

Its probably your firewall. Allow Book Port Transfer access and try
again.

Hello
Each time I connect the Book Port to the USB I get a message that there
is
an update for Book Port transfer that I am using 1.6.0.0 and latest is
2.1.0.0. Do I want to update?
Each time I say yes I hear Jaws say 1% maybe 2% and tonight 3% and then
the
computer locks up. 3% is the farthest I have gotten before a lock up.
What do I need to do to fix this? Do I disconnect Book Portbefore I
answer
yes to this? I wind up having to reboot my computer after I try
downloading
because it locks up every time.
When I press A+C for the version of Book Port it reads 02.00.00.00 if
that
matters.
Thanks
Barbara
