Since you haven't started the beta testing process yet, you might want to =
wait for the official release, which should be soon. If you can't wait, =
here are the steps:
1. Go to:
www.aph.org/beta=20
If you agree to the terms...
2. Select the Book Port link=20
3. Download the software and install it.
4. Download the following file:
www.aph.org/beta/bpfw_beta.exe=20
5. Connect your Book Port and execute bpfw_beta.exe. (If you get a message =
from Book Port Transfer telling you that you need a firmware upgrade when =
you connect, don't worry.)
6. Follow instructions. After disconnecting, the firmware update process =
will start.

I hate to ask a really obvious question, but can you tell me the exact
steps to download everything to update the bookport? I would like to try
it I think if it improves teh use of the bookport. One last question,
does this add any file types to what the bookport recognizes? Thanks in
