I had the same experience except had 70% left and the next day
nothing.

Ever since I loaded the 21 update, my battery situation has
really
been screwy, I had been using my first set of batteries for two
weeks
and it said I had 71% left. The next morning after I loaded the
update, I turned on the unit and nothing happened. Eventually I
was
told I had a low battery. I don't think I had left the unit on
all
night because it is connected to a powered speaker and I would
have
heard it. So, I put in the batteries that came with the unit
yesterday. Now my battery status varies from 90% to 81%
depending on
when I check it. I have read nothing from yesterday until this
morning. I have the sleep timer on so the unit won't play for
long
even if I leave it on, which I don't think I did. In addition,
in the
10 minutes I have red files in the unit since the battery change,
I
have only read txt files. Something is definitely going on here.
Anyone else have this problem?
