We've had reports, quite possibly before you joined the list, from those at
APH in the know who have discussed the failure rates.

Its just like with computers. Some allow theirs to be riddled with
spyware while others seldom have to deal with it. It al depends on how a
user handles his computer or BP or whatever.
And who really knows the actual failure rate? Other than staff on the
list of course. Not all BP users are subscirbed so we cannot really judge
this failure rate based on what we see on the list. Just a thought...
