To format the card, you press the 4 corner keys at the same time.

Have you tried formatting the flash card?
Have you opened the book port in windows explorer; seeing if anything is missing? Have you backed up your unit? If so, format it by pressing 1-3-d-f. Press those twice.

Hi I am having a difficult time with getting my book port started. I've done every thing but every time I press 2 to begin reading it says "application missing" I know I must be missing something but what???
