Well, there is absolutely no way it can be used in conjunction with the Book Port Transfer software today and I very seriously doubt that APH is going to morph the BP software into something to be used in conjunction with other devices. This isn't to say that they might not, at some point in the future, decide to produce software that will work with an iPod, but the problem is that virtually every one is, as I understand it, different, so coming up with a one-size-fits-all access program would be extremely difficult. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Hope Hein" <hmhein@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, December 04, 2006 2:18 PM Subject: [bookport] Re: Zune Hi Walt! It is Micro Soft's new version of the IPOD. It has 30 Gigs of memory and a screen so that sighted people can watch movies or read song lyrics. It does not have accessible menus as of yet. I am able to use it if it is set on music because it has a play/pause button and the left and right arrows move from song to song. Obviously there is a lot that can't yet be done because it is not totally accessible. However, I tried to use an IPOD and could not even get that far. My thinking is that maybe AFB or some one who is tech savvy could work with the Zune to make it accessible and also allow it to work with the various Software programs. If the Bookport and JAWS software could be adapted to work with it that would be so cool. Hope
