I don't know. Wasn't Service Pack 3 the one that was recalled? I think it is,
so I've not downloaded it.

I installed XP SP3 Friday. This afternoon while transferring files
to the BP, Bookport Transfer kept closing. Has anyone else had any
troubles with BP Transfer and XP Service Pack3?
