The automatic download appears to stall. If I go to: (http://www.aph.org/tech/bp_info.htm) And select the download bookport software, the download stalls. I am using Vista with Norton internet security. I have turned off the Norton firewall, and turned the internet explorer protected mode off. I have also tried to download the file with an xp machine, and the download stalls. Can anyone access this link? If so, what operating system, anti-virus, and browser are you using. Thanks for any help. Regards Louis Maher
