Hi Louis:

We have been having problems with our web site, too, so wait a day or 2 if
you can and then try again.

Thanks Pamela. It still does not work. I still have things to learn about
Vista, Norton, and Internet Explorer. If anyone can access this file, I
would like to know your environment.

Folks,

For a few weeks, I have been trying to upgrade the Bookport transfer
software to 2.4 from 2.3. The automatic download appears to stall. If I go
to:
And select the download bookport software, the download stalls. I am using
Vista with Norton internet security. I have turned off the Norton firewall,
and turned the internet explorer protected mode off. I have also tried to
download the file with an xp machine, and the download stalls.

Can anyone access this link? If so, what operating system, anti-virus, and
browser are you using. Thanks for any help.

Regards
Louis Maher
