[bookport] Update will not download

Folks,
I have converted to Vista. When I connect the book port, it tells me about
the new software 2.4.1.0. I have 2.3.1.0. The software will not download.
I have gone into the advanced options, and tried to start the download. It
says the download is not responding. Any thoughts about how to get a vista
machine to allow the book port to be updated?
