Reformat your card. Try using a card reader to do it. Who knows? It
could work.
Hi Pamela when I got home from work today after leaving the batteries and card out all night , I reset the unit and plugged it in , now the computer recognizes it as a drive but the transfer program won't open by itself , but when I open it it says bookport is not connected , so dose that mean the card is bad . thanks again Mike ----- Original Message ----- From: "PAMELA RADER" <PRADER@xxxxxxx> To: <bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, August 01, 2006 7:26 AM Subject: [bookport] Re: usb problem
Mike:
Typically, if the problem is with the flash card, the error will say, "Book Port Not Connected." So, if the error message is "USB Not Recognized," it could be the unit. Are you getting power to the unit? You might check to be sure you have fresh batteries in the unit. Also, try a Reset with 2 plus b. have you tried it on another PC?
