Rebooting when connecting is a serious issue, and one we have not heard
of. This is generally due to a falty driver, and we do not supply
drivers with the Book Port. Did you change anything before this started
happening?

Hi,
I seem to be experiencing two odd problems with my Book Port.
Firstly, when I connect my Book Port to my PC, it sporatically reboots.
I
receive one of those messages that says the system has recovered from
a
serious error. This does not occur with other devices, just the Book
Port,
and it only happens on one of my computers. My Book Port also freezes
when this situation occurs, and I have to remove one of the batteries
to
get it to work again.
I am also experiencing problems with the note-taking capabilities.
When I
am writing a file that is more than a few lines long, I encounter
repetitions of previous text.
