I like Studio Recorder, and I would probably use it for this task, but if this 
is the only kind of thing Deb wants to do with recording audio to MP3 your 
suggestion is a lot more in line cost wise to using Studio Recorder or Sound 
Forge,either of which will do the job, but are tremendious overkill for the job 
to be done.

Just point the browser to www.goldwave.com and download the latest version, 
then go to www.jfwlite.com and download the scripts if you are a Jaws user.
