[bookport] Transferring files from Bookport unit to folder on hard drive

Hello List Members:
Does anybody remember the steps to copy files/folders from the Bookport to a
folder on the hard drive and then copying them back again to the unit? I know
about going to the Control Panel and turning on the "show hidden files" menu.
