now a stupid question. What are all of those album art files I get when I rip a
cd. I usually delete them. What do they do and why do I get them?

I know this is way off topic, but I was just wondering.

tahnks

If you were sending the whole album you might get as many as one for each
song. Anyway, it was worth a try.

  hi,

Figured that would work too, but when I clicked ok, it just kept telling me
the same thing.
Strange, also interesting that I cannot find the files on the folder on the
computer, but if I copy using the xp commands, and then read the files with the
book port they show up.
At this point with one card, I just deleted all of the file with the bmg
extension, but that was time consuming.

I think I had this one time. I just clicked OK and it transferred the music
without a hitch.

Hi David T, David b Bruce and the rest of the list,

Hoping you guys can help me, wanted to copy some music files from a folder on
the computer onto a flash card through the book port software so I have
navigation instead of using the copy commands on windows xp, but when i tried
to do this, using the send to book port feature I got the following message.

  ---------------------------

  Book Port Transfer

  ---------------------------

  C:\Documents and Settings\Otto\My Documents\love
songs\AlbumArt_{0FD97B50-062C-4E20-A5EF-D5CBF62EC5C1}_Small.jpg

File Filter not found for this file type.

  ---------------------------

  OK Cancel

I then went into the folder thinking no problem, just delete the files, but
cannot find them on the computer.

If you use the windows commands however, and then read the names of the file
using the bp, the files the message talks about are there.

Wonder if there is a way to get around this problem.

This is a music thing, because I have copied OTR files with no problem.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Thanks in advance.

  Otto
