Sorry about that Larry, I was looking up the record in Fred's Head.
Here's the text from that record.

Speak That Blog!

Two services that turn Web logs and news feeds into audio files can be
found on the Web.
Talkr.com
and
Speakwire.com
both use text-to-voice technology to generate audio files from Web
pages.

If you can point
Talkr.com
to a Really Simple Syndication feed, it will convert it.
Talkr.com
can also provide you with a podcast of your favorite news sources, so
you can have your own sort of radio newscasts downloaded to a portable
player.
Talkr.com
is free if you listen to blogs that have arrangements with the service.
A subscription plan is available if you want other blogs processed for
playback.

Speakwire
is offered by CEC Systems, whose primary business is Speegle
(www.speegle.co.uk),
a search service that speaks the results of Web searches.

Speakwire
users can pick news feeds, collate them, and play them as a speaking
newswire service. Speakwire news feeds by voice are available free at
www.speakwire.com.

Talkr is expensive for what it does. There are cheaper software
packages that will essentually do the same thing for a much cheaper
price.

Hour one: Talkr. Talkr targets the 11% of the US adult
population that
owns an mp3 player. Talkr monitors blogs and major news sites
and
converts those written-word stories into spoken-word audio or
"podcasts." Talkr's customers can then configure their desktop
computers to retrieve those files automatically and load them
onto their
mp3 players.
