Of course they shouldn't be free.  My point is that I see many
suggestions on this list, and I get the impression that those who make
them would be the first to complain if they had to pay for the fruit of
their requests.
The Bookport has some wonderful features and its overall performance is
great.  I simply think that if we make all of the hardware changes
people want, we'll have a device that costs more than the original, and
you'll see nothing but endless complaints on this list.

And why should they be free?  New hardware features would be okay, but I
am 
happy with the Bookport I have.  I wouldn't spend another four hundred 
dollars to buy a BP just because it had the latest and greatest bells
and 
whistles on it.

If you like the Book Courier better, then... to each his own.
