What do you think of DEC-Talk?
I will say that AT&T Natural Voices requires far too much in the way
of resources than we are able to put on a low power-consumption
device.
It looks like the top contenders are
DoubleTalk
Eloquence
DEC-Talk
What are your thoughts?
